I was referred to Correia and Puth (C&P) through the Legal Network for Gender Equity. Through that network, I was granted a free one-hour consultation with an attorney at C&P. After hearing my complaint, the law firm agreed to represent me pro bono because they agreed my rights had been violated per the DC Human Rights Act and it was "the right thing to do." I worked with a couple of C&P attorneys who remained committed to my case as we moved it through the DC Office of Human Rights until it was successfully resolved. Having a team of attorneys committed to doing the right thing demonstrated to me that they put people first and that they're in this line of work for the right reasons. Thank you C&P for advocating on my behalf for fair and equal treatment! I am forever grateful.

Their confidence, expertise and knowledge regarding employment law in the District of Columbia were all factors in my decision to have them represent me! They are professional and very down to earth. Can’t recommend them enough!

Linda Correia and Andrew Adelman did a stellar job on my case. Linda had represented me before, and from the moment this case began, I had complete confidence she would obtain a good outcome for me. She, Andrew, and the rest of their team obtained an outcome that exceeded my hopes and expectations. They listened to me and were fierce advocates. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

From the very beginning, she was professional, encouraging and truly dedicated to understanding my situation. Working with Jonathan Puth was a wonderful experience. He guided me through the process and represented me in such a skillful and thoughtful way that I felt very confident from start to finish. Jonathan's deep understanding of state and federal laws and the nuances of those laws really gives him an edge. He is someone who is driven by doing good in the world and this ethos is apparent in his work.

Hired Attorney Jonathan Puth

Concerned that my boss might want to let me go, I called Jonathan Puth. He was wise, caring, patient, and willing to discuss any concerns or issues I had. His counsel was incredibly effective. I’m certain that his assistance put me in a position of being able to secure a generous severance package. Because of Jonathan, my employer decided it would be better for them to be generous, than having to enter into a prolonged negotiation where they risked paying even more.
