The Alden Law Group addressed my case with the rigor required based off the nature of the accusations. This was no easy case, lasting 3 years, and the firm remained professional, compassionate, and supportive of my interests throughout the litigation. There were times I wanted to stop everything, but the Alden team reassured me and encouraged me to see the case through. Kristin was a breath of fresh air. She was initially recommended to me by another attorney who had worked on a case against her. That attorney was impressed by Kristin's honesty and integrity, and I am now as well. Truly disappointed from the very beginning. Sent my case to Deja who wrote me the first day to say she received my case but then I had to ask and remind her to respond. When she did finally respond a week later she said that Alden could not help. I realized that they never actually read the false allegations my former organization based my dismissal on, because if they had they would have at least called to discuss further. This is not a group you want to represent you. Just simply walk away as fast as you can.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.

Lawyers who have received peer reviews after 2009 will display more detailed information, including practice areas, summary ratings, detailed numeric ratings and written feedback (if available). Details for individual reviews received before 2009 are not displayed.
