Worst experience ever.l with Jeffrey Caffrey. We hired him as a closing attorney and he did nothing and waited 2 weeks before the closing to indicate that there3were pending issues and we could not close on the property. The transaction fell through because of his procrastination and lack of interest, and empathy. I truly regret trusting this guy unsure if i should call him "attorney" we ended up firing him because he was unable to handle the legal matter or had no knowledge. He has zero interest in helping clients. This office and firm don't care about clients satisfaction and hardly ever communicate with their clients. I do not recommend this attorney at all.
BEWARE, not on the up and up, just another "corporate" wolf with made up "rules" and "authority". He will screw you over in a split second.
Jeffery is the worst attorney I have ever felt with and I have used many attorneys in Rhode Island. From day one I noticed he did not take any notes when meeting, he asked little to no questions and was very passive. Buying a property, he waited until 3 days before the closing to do a title search. Then he said the title was not insurable, which was not true. I had to call the previous attorney for her to provide him info- then he hangs up the phone on me. Very unprofessional. Very incompintent
