Once again the site allows comments without verifying the source or relationship between the parties. This was an individual that I foreclosed upon on behalf of a client that lent money and for which payments were not made as required.

Hired Attorney

Jeffery is the worst attorney I have ever felt with and I have used many attorneys in Rhode Island. From day one I noticed he did not take any notes when meeting, he asked little to no questions and was very passive. Buying a property, he waited until 3 days before the closing to do a title search. Then he said the title was not insurable, which was not true. I had to call the previous attorney for her to provide him info- then he hangs up the phone on me. Very unprofessional. Very incompintent

Interestingly, the complaint is not from a client, but rather someone allegedly acting on behalf of my actual client. The actual client is quite happy with my representation since I am protecting his interests and proceeding accordingly.
