Attorney Mark Buckley is professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. When I called to discuss my financial situation he listened, he shared with the steps to filing, the information hr needed from, and he understood how I came to be in this situation. Mark said he wouldn't take my case if didn't think he could win.... Thank you for the fresh start!

Attorney Buckley was very attentive to all my bankruptcy questions. His calming attitude made it much easier for me to decide to file. He was very patient with me while the entire process continued. At the very end, a process that seemed scary was, in fact, much easier than expected. I was fully prepared for any questions asked as opposed to other clients for other attorneys who seemed like there attorney had not prepared properly. Thank you Attorney Buckley!

Hired Attorney

Mark has a great deal of knowledge, he is very helpful and very personable. When I went to court some of the other attorneys were ill prepared and were stumbling for words, which meant they had to go back for another court date. Mark had me completely prepared, I went with things that were not asked for(some of these things other people were asked for and had to go back to court because they didn't have them), but at least I had them just in case. I would highly recommend Attorney Mark Buckley.
