Hired Law Firm

Warren Assistant Prosecutor Lewis Guarnieri is prosecuting a grieving mother for having a miscarriage at home. This was a woman who was in the hospital frequently before she lost her baby, was not sufficiently helped, and was abandoned to face this traumatic and painful event alone. Prosecutors are supposed to go after people who pose a risk to the community. I don’t believe for a second that Guarneri could sincerely claim he thinks this woman is a risk to anyone. To someone considering hiring him, I’d caution against it, considering how dishonest and incapable of compassion for women he evidently is.

~Does not understand Ohio law, gravity, or what constitutes a crime. ~Wastes taxpayer dollars with nonsensical displays of empathy for toilets in the courtroom. The judge appears to be slightly amused by his antics and is likely offering him enough legal leeway to make a fool of himself. ~ Could find himself arguing about toilets with Ben Crump, in a showdown which would suspend reality long enough for audiences to imagine it as Perry Mason vs. Scooby Doo
