In 2009 Mr Miles handled filing a chapter 13 that was dismissed prior to confirmation of plan. Mr. Miles was supposed to investigate the cause for dismissal, never received an answer why! I researched into the matter after a number of years to find Mr. Miles failed to notify my wife and I of a second hearing date at which he failed to show up for as well. During the process we received a 1099 form indicating our second mortgage that was included in the filing had been written off. I have since spent several years attempting to obtain release of lien from title of our home without success. If Mr. Miles had performed his duties as legal counsel is supposed to our case would have been Completed without issue. Instead wife and I have struggled for 10 years unable to refinance our home to a reasonable interest rate because of the outstanding lien. I have since demanded the expense of his fee's due to his faIlure of representation and have been refunded. NOT RECOMMENDED!
