Daniel Gigiano did a great job with my son's traffic case. We felt very comfortable with Dan! He explained all the possibilities. When the test results came back negative he talked with the prosecutor and had all charges dropped. I would highly recommend Dan!

Dan represented my family during a difficult time in our lives. Initially, our granddaughter was placed into our home under Foster care. After over a year of multiple court hearings attorney Gigiano was successful in us securing legal custody. Maternal family was granted visitation with restrictions. The maternal family Repeatedly continued to disobey the court order so in January 2020 all visitation was stopped until a visitation agreement could be reached. of course due to COVID 19 court was on hold. Finally we were able to have a court Hearing in June 2020. Dan came to the hearing with all info placed nicely in a binder with each section numbered. This helped us facilitate the hearing. His preparation paid off with a win. Any/all future maternal visitation must be supervised through a visitation center at the expense of the maternal family. Dan is the attorney you need to ensure a successful outcome.

Daniel Gigiano helped us at a very rough time in our life financially. Daniel's honest, understanding, and knowledgable nature gave us comfort knowing that we were in good hands. Daniel always made sure to give us best case and worst case scenario to prepare us for whatever was to come. Phone calls were always answered the first time and emails were responded to within 24 hours.

Would have been better with public defender or doing the case on my own. would have been able to get the same results. Felt like he did not want to fight my case and made me feel i had no chance of winning if going to court, he stated it would be hard the prosecution has plenty of time and it is a conservative city. I regret taking advice from this lawyer.
