I was born and raised in Springfield, Missouri. I graduated from the University of Tampa with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics. I obtained my Juris Doctor degree from Regent University in Virginia Beach, Virginia and am now licensed to practice in Virginia, The District of Columbia and Missouri as well as many federal courts including the United States Supreme Court. My primary area of practice includes Bankruptcy, Criminal/Traffic Defense, Intellectual Property and Estate Planning

Tim Anderson office made filing my Chapter 13 extremely easy. It took a lot of stress off of me at a time I just needed a break. Rebecca and Heather his paralegals were also always there when I had a question. They were always quick to respond to my emails whenever I had a question or concern. So, if you are looking to file I would highly suggest his firm.

I had experienced extenuating circumstances that made me chose bankruptcy as the best course of action. The decision to go with Timothy V. Anderson was the best decision I made. They made the process quick and easy. The professionalism in the office helped put me at ease and at no time did I feel judged. My main concern was how this would affect my security clearance. Timothy assured me this would not have a detrimental effect on my clearance and to let him know if it did. My main contact in the office was Rebecca Myers. Very professional and provided answers to my questions in a timely manner. Though I never want to be in this predicament again, Having Tim Anderson on my side was a tremendous relief.

We are completely clear of debt and well on our way into a positive retirement now.
