The Merna Law Group, P.C. is a law firm established in 2003 with an office in Virginia Beach, VA. At this office location, there are 3 lawyers practicing bankruptcy, consumer bankruptcy, chapter 7 and 13 bankruptcy and 8 other areas of law.
Once they get your money, you can forget it. I had several issues during my case, I was passed around and never received a proper response. At this point it looks like it will be money down the drain- 3 days left and I am just being brought up to speed on issues that I cannot resolve in that timeframe. I would not recommend their services to anyone.
The satellite office staff was very courteous and efficient. None of the three lawyers who have been involved were very helpful. An associate who was sent to cover an appointment had no knowledge or documents for the preceding encounter. Another appointment was missed. An appearance before the Trustee (341) was covered by a person outside the firm without any notification or a telephone call to me. Email questions went unanswered for more than a week.
