I just want to start by saying Mark R. Matney is the best legal counsel I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Not only his vast insight & experience but his unwavering dedication to the commonwealths laws & regulations. He treated me like family and took such great care of me. I had received a ticket on the 4th of July for a traffic violation for speeding & I immediately was looking for legal representation in the area. Mark’s legal woes set him apart from the rest which is why he is one of the best in the area & in the business. He & his paralegal immediately set up a compressive plan of action to minimize the impacts of my charge & insured that my reputation was not tarnished. Despite my circumstances, I only had to pay a $50 fine. 10/10 would recommend!

What an amazing Law Firm! While searching for a decent attorney to help me with multiple issues, I came across Holcomb Law and realized I found a team of fantastic attorneys! I wasn’t sure what to expect, but after my first consultation, I was sold. They answered all my questions, fully explained the process, and really made me feel cared for. Amazing representation! Mr.Bishop was a outstanding lawyer to work with, he was compassionate, knowledgeable and understanding. These were traits I looked for in a lawyer to represent me when I searched around. I came to him with the truth about what happened, and in return he gave me peace of mind and the truth back. He at no point made my case seem like it was below him. He was very professional with communicating with me, and at the end of the day, the Holcomb law firm in my eyes has a good man and lawyer on their team. I highly recommend Holcomb law firm.

My attorney was William Bishop. He was awesome. We met in person one time and that was the day of court either way he’s a very settling guy. We had a few discussions over the phone in reference to the case which he explained in a way that was straightforward, honest, and easy to comprehend. He had a game plan set for his opening remarks and also planned for an appeal if the outcome wasn’t favorable. I don’t know what type of magic he worked but after a very brief conversation with my arresting officer he was able to get my case dismissed! What he charge me for him to represent me was also very favorable. All to say Mr.Bishop did an outstanding job. 10/10 would recommend!

From the initial free consultation where I spoke with Mr. Holcomb and Mr. Bishop about my case, and continuing throughout my case, the staff at Holcomb law has been nothing but professional, organized, and amazing to work with- definitely deserve five stars! Mr. William Bishop is very knowledgeable and I truly feel he was integral to getting the best possible outcome for my case, and he certainly went above and beyond for me. He gave great advice on steps I could take to get a positive outcome in my case, and I could not recommend a better lawyer and firm. 100% trustworthy and I would definitely recommend both Mr. Bishop and Holcomb Law for a variety of issues.

I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Mark Matney after being pulled over with reckless driving, 102/70. I researched and contacted many lawyers looking for the right one to represent me, as I knew this would be a tough case. Mr. Matney explained all possibilities to me and thoroughly explained what he would be fighting for as an ideal outcome. Mr. Matney was realistic but was also confident and explained his experience in dealing with similar cases. Mr. Matney advised me on all steps to take to prepare for court and was very easy to contact if I had any questions along the way. Not only was Mr. Matney very professional, but he was also very compassionate, hospitable and informative. I am very pleased with my experience working with Mr. Matney, as well as our outcome on the case and would highly recommend Mr. Matney!
