I called Mr. Harding for a consultation on my upcoming case. I was so pleased on how calm and easy going he presented over the phone. He listened very well, and asked the right questions to make me feel at peace . He is a lawyer with integrity and stands by doing the right thing by people . I will definitely retain him for my legal matter when it is time, and refer him to family and friends. I strongly stand in doing what is right by people. So thankful , I had the opportunity to meet Mr. Harding ;and he too stands for the same principles I do .

UNETHICAL. I paid two retainer agreements, one for a separation agreement and one for an uncontested divorce. I met with Mr. Harding originally but then was passed off to Ms. Williams. Both parts required knowledge of Virginia law for a QDRO to have my profit sharing plan sent to my ex and the proper language was not included in any of my paperwork. When I gave my divorce order to my profit sharing plan, they presented clear evidence that Virginia knows that QDROs are required for these. When I presented this information to Ms. Williams and gave her clear email evidence showing she was aware of this before my divorce order went through, she responded that they need a new retainer to complete the paperwork which they should have already prepared. I have not received a phone call or email since I provide them with all the evidence of their failure to comply with our fee agreement. Therefore, please do not use this firm as they failed to properly represent me and failed to correct thei

I paid Mr. Harding's Firm over 25,000 over some time handling my case and associated cases. There were some red flags at the beginning, but I had already paid his firm and and things were too far along to change given the circumstance I was facing, that eventually, anyways I had to face because of what I feel was negligence, and a an unbelievable amount of misconduct behind closed doors. Mr. Harding never truly appeared to be working in my best interest, and only wanted to take my money just to mediate the situation at his convenience. When you give someone you are paying everything they need to win for you, and that kind of money, you expect them to be aggressive and go for the opposing party's heart; he did no such thing most of the time. He made me look like in trials and hearings like someone he was just tolerating, like he was trying to save face with the judges and opposing counsels, he threw me and my case away, and yet still took my money, even asking for it at times
