I hired Ms. Chaing for what I thought was a SIMPLE custody case. This was a hard decision as I wanted to navigate the court system on my own. I made the right decision, why chance the most important thing in your lifetime?! You are already up every night stressed, why not have someone in your corner! The case took 8 months due to the multiple hearings and even though it felt like an eternity, it was pushed along quicker due to Ms. Chaing. I did get the outcome that was in the best interest of my son. Custody claims are not easy to navigate, can change quickly and the guardians are too busy to really dig into the details of the cases. Cynthia was amazing. The case was filled with a lot of false accusations from the opposing party. It seemed like everyone who was involved in the case was against me and my kids, but Cynthia was our savior! She was so detail oriented and dedicated.
