Amazing experience! From the first meeting to our last encounter, Cynthia remained not only cool, calm, and collected, but also maintained a high level of professionalism. Every member of her team from Tammy to Lisa has done nothing but individually strive to do what is best for my divorce case. They all were not only extremely knowledgeable (even about military), but very responsive to any and all my questions with my case as well as being compassionate while explaining the technical and legal aspects of my situation. My well-being was definitely sought after and fought for tooth and nail on every occasion. Cynthia and her team were always patient and willing to explain everything down to the last detail. Cynthia and her team made my divorce go as smooth as any divorce can go. It was an uncontested divorce that I waited a long time for. My ex said they were going to file for divorce and I waited at least 7 months before their lawyer started on any paperwork that was needed to move forward. I contacted Cynthia in July and I was officially divorced in the first week of November! She was very quick and efficient during this covid world. I would recommend her and her office 100%. I hired Ms. Chaing for what I thought was a SIMPLE custody case. This was a hard decision as I wanted to navigate the court system on my own. I made the right decision, why chance the most important thing in your lifetime?! You are already up every night stressed, why not have someone in your corner! The case took 8 months due to the multiple hearings and even though it felt like an eternity, it was pushed along quicker due to Ms. Chaing. I did get the outcome that was in the best interest of my son. Custody claims are not easy to navigate, can change quickly and the guardians are too busy to really dig into the details of the cases. I strongly recommend Ms. Chaing, she is responsive, easy to work with, will explain all scenarios and give you a realistic picture of how the case will go. Just provide her with your support and she does the rest!

This review is for Jennifer Shupert. Mrs. Shupert represented me in a divorce/custody/child support and much more. I was there when Jennifer started this firm and she is the same caring, smart, and understanding attorney that she has always been. She sees your case from all sides, she is honest with you about the law how it applies to your case. She will not just take your money. She will negotiate with the best of them, but with no progress, she will bite them in the butt with the law.

Cynthia was amazing. The case was filled with a lot of false accusations from the opposing party. It seemed like everyone who was involved in the case was against me and my kids, but Cynthia was our savior! She was so detail oriented and dedicated. Through out the whole process she kept what was in the best interest of me and my kids in the forefront of her mind. I was not afraid of facing the judge or the other lawyer because I trusted Cynthia.
