If you are organized, honest, and prepared --Bretta Lewis is the lawyer for you. She will absolutely go to bat for you, and do her best when she believes in your case. She represented my partner in a Family Law case, and had it settled before we got to court (and let me tell you, we NEVER thought that would happen). She will definitely be aggressive to opposing council, but honestly that is what you need in a high conflict custody case. She will not let the opposing client get away with anything.
