I HAD TO FILE SEVERAL TIMES DUE TO SOME COMMUNICATION PROBLEMS...SOME OF THE FAULT IS MINE BUT SOME OF THE FAULT WAS THEIRS. THEY EVEN DISMISSED ONE OF THEIR ATTORNEYS DUE TO THE PROBLEMS THEY HAD WITH HIM. I WISH I HAD UNDERSTOOD MY FIRST PARALEGAL BETTER, AND THINGS WOULD NOT HAVE GOTTEN AS BAD AS THEY DID. I STARTED WITH A TRUSTEE PAYMENT OF $71.00. NOW IT'S UP TO $1300.00 PER MONTH FOR FIVE YEARS DUE TO POOR COMMUNICATION. THIS HAS PUT QUITE A HARDSHIP ON OUR FAMILY.
There was not enough personnel to handle the amount of clients they accepted. Everything took longer than originally expected.
There was no sense of urgency displayed by him. In fact his approach to my case I felt was somewhat lethargic and I felt a general sense of unimportance. My case was not adequately resolved and my debts were subsequently never cleared.
