I STARTED WITH A TRUSTEE PAYMENT OF $71.00. NOW IT'S UP TO $1300.00 PER MONTH FOR FIVE YEARS DUE TO POOR COMMUNICATION. THIS HAS PUT QUITE A HARDSHIP ON OUR FAMILY.
There was not enough personnel to handle the amount of clients they accepted. Everything took longer than originally expected.
There was no sense of urgency displayed by him. In fact his approach to my case I felt was somewhat lethargic and I felt a general sense of unimportance. My case was not adequately resolved and my debts were subsequently never cleared.
