I spoke to this attorney about a possible medical malpractice case. The reason that called him was because I truly believed that the surgeon who operated on me was negligent, not only when it came to the surgery itself but in post-surgery care. I talked to Mr. Peters with the utmost of respect but unfortunately this respect was NOT returned. He was abrupt, condescending, and often rudely interrupted me when I talked. I was in a lot of pain but instead of even offering moral support, he reacted as if I was not only boring him but also irritating him. I later called another attorney who did take the time to listen to me and educate me on how Florida Medical Malpractice Laws worked. When I was a child I was taught by my parents: "Manners don't cost anything." Mr. Peters should learn this as well. Better late than never!
I put in a request for assistance with divorce... received an e-mail from Mr. Peters advising that he will call me on Tuesday 5/28. No call, email or text to date. Thanks for the additional disappointment in my life.
