Conflict of Interest issues while handling litigation with John Moore. Disappointed in litigation performance. Results should have been different.
I reached out to this law firm using the lawyers.com link on their site but never heard back. I am only posting this review so that they know I am still in need of help with some COA issues. Perhaps posting the review will garner a response.
Poor quality of prepared work. Very expensive for the quality of work. They are very defensive when challenged. Paralegals are over worked with too many clients at one time to adequately prepare and adjust to individual client requests and needs.
This lawyer took advantage of my mother during a very challenging time in her life. He did not allow any of her family members to be part of conversations with him. Lastly, he accused my mother of saying/doing things that he never directly asked her about. Very disappointed and very unkind.
Law firm never returned my inquiry, must not have been enough money to be made for them! They advertised tenant law and that's what I needed them for. That's what I contacted them for. They could have at least contacted me to tell me that they didn't want to help an elderly person who has been cheated out of $1400.
I submitted a request stating my issue. No one at this firm bothered to respond. Needless to say I will not be using this firm. No professionalism regarding courtesy, etc...blah, blah, my minimum character limit to post this is almost there.
Never called me back. I called and left a few messages. Also sent an email. Nothing else to say about the service as I never spoke with anyone. I am sure they are good lawyers if you can get them to call back.
