Ferguson Case Orr Paterson LLP is a law firm established in 1990 with an office in Ventura, CA. At this office location, there are 27 lawyers practicing civil litigation, real property, land use and 11 other areas of law.
Hired John Anderson through a referral. At 1st John was helpful and made us feel he was well equipped to handle a probate and our estate planning needs. Cut to a year of missed probate court hearings (now delayed due to Johns non attention and allowing the other parties to drag there feet), unreturned phone calls & emails (I mean months of him just ignoring us), misfiling deed of trusts, plus other important will/trust issues. Finally when we did get John to respond he would have no updates on our issues and random excuses. Like, I went on vacation and my son was graduating. who goes on vacation or celebrates a graduation for months at a time. It got so bad we had to contact the firms manager. We are now at the point where we are having to hire someone to undo all the misteaks John has created. He treated us so poorly and for no reason. Best looks elsewhere for representation and skilled estate planning work.
