Tom Atkinson is one of the best family law attorneys out there. He is very diligent and knows how to get results. He will never hesitate to go the extra mile and cares deeply about his clients as people. He was also responsible for rescuing my son's future and I will always be thankful for his efforts. His fees are on the high end, but it was worth every penny.
Mr. Atkinson gives his clients his full attention and expertise while working on your case. He just doesn't take any case willing to pay his fee, that is worth every penny, he takes the ones he truly believes in. I would highly recommend this matrimonial attorney.

Mr. Atkinson was the most unethical attorney I've ever had the misfortune of working with. He lied, filed false papers, and basically was the worst human on the planet. He should be kicked out of the profession that requires integrity because he has NONE!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS ATTORNEY!!!!
Promises you the world before he gets your retainer and once he has you in his pocket gets you nothing. I found Atkinson extremely ineffective, never followed through with any actions that were discussed over the phone. Completely ineffective lawyer, I would never recommend him to anyone. His phone demeanor was curt, rude, insensitive and wasted time with redundant questions because his time is your money. I got a lousy settlement!! I have nothing good to say about this individual!!
