But our experience with Mr. Hilton since her passing has been nothing short of horrifying. He was unprepared at meetings, once even saying that he hadn't read a case which he had minutes earlier stated as being the key to our complex matter. He was usually rude, even telling my sister that her an email she sent him asking him questions was "ridiculous" and just cost her $50. Other times he can't be bothered to respond at all. Do your family a favor and go elsewhere.
