Joe Fortunato of Fortunato Law not only won an important case for me by overturning a contrived case in appeals, but he did it with full awareness that life had situated him as mentor to a young man who was forming opinions about society, political systems and the law. Just after detailing the case law that made a municipality’s case against me unconstitutional, Joe Fortunato pointed at teenage me in the back of the courtroom, reading a book, and told the judge, “That idealistic young man, my client, is in his first years of college, reading Nietzsche, Your Honor, and we are shaping his impressions of the law.” And the judge agreed. Hired Attorney Joseph A. Fortunato

Mr.Fortunato doesn't care about the client at all. I have received a letter from counter-party about his client was not getting enough information that was requested which was not true and I inquired to Mr.Fortunato to become my representative and he accepted. I sent him all the information as well as the letter that I have received. He requested $1000 retainer to start off with. I did sent him via Zelle and he confirmed that money was received. This happened in back in May 2024. I checked with him after I sent him the retainer. He responded he will send out a letter to the counter-party's lawyer. I tried to follow up with him but he did not response to my text or email that I have sent. It is now August 2024, after 3 months passed, I found out that he did not take any action. When I contacted him, he did not even remember me and asked me to tell him from the beginning again. At this point, I was very frustrated and searching for a new lawyer and asked him to return my retainer that he
