Mr.Fortunato doesn't care about the client at all. I have received a letter from counter-party about his client was not getting enough information that was requested which was not true and I inquired to Mr.Fortunato to become my representative and he accepted. I sent him all the information as well as the letter that I have received. He requested $1000 retainer to start off with. I did sent him via Zelle and he confirmed that money was received. This happened in back in May 2024. I checked with him after I sent him the retainer. He responded he will send out a letter to the counter-party's lawyer.
