this law company fooled the customer, we were looking for none infringement report between our existing product with our competitor's patent, and paid to this company to do this report. and this law company compared our patent with competitor's patent, and wrote a very stupid and complex report. and we confused at their report, they requested for another extra charge if you compare your exisitng product with your competitor's patent which were our initial and only purpose, we were in state of shock at their response. this law company refused to give us any report, and we paid to them at thousands of dollors, nothing we got from them, and we wasted a lot of time and money, and i am super angry due to your unprofessional and nonknowledgeable team, and we have requested another law company to do again. if possible, i hope the leader of this law company could pay attention on my case, and investigate my case, if you need any information, please let me know.

Hired Law Firm

This company is a scam. On their website, they claim to be more than 100 years old, originating from the USA, with practises all over the world. We were a client of them in China, where they turned out to be unlicensed, unregistered and not legally qualified to practise law in China. This mistake cost us over ¥200,000 (RMB) in fees to them, then a year of effort and a further ¥500,000 in legal costs to fix all their mistakes. We tried to get a refund, and they offered us 50 hours of free legal advice - which had no value considering the trouble they caused. We were suckered in because they use these "Chambers of Commerce" in China to validate them and project authenticity. Their "offices all over the world" are fake virtual offices, google the New York, Los Angeles, Macau. Check open corporates for the company name - none of the Anderson and Anderson REAL LAW FIRMS in the USA have even heard of this outfit. Be careful people! Our mistake was expensive in time and money.
