Don’t do it! Listen to and trust that little voice inside your head that’s telling you to run!{para}My case a Dissolution of Marriage without Children was in the final ‘Mandatory Settlement Conference’ phase when I retained Hughes and Hughes. Yet, not one single ‘Mandatory Settlement Conference’ was attended to by either my supposedly ‘dedicated attorney’ or any of their “staff attorneys.” HOWEVER, I was billed for and paid to Hughes and Hughes $58,587 in a 10 month time period!

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
