Thrush Law Group is a law firm with an office in Tucson, AZ. At this office location, there are 7 lawyers practicing personal injury, dui/dwi, criminal law and 17 other areas of law.
Dealing with Brian, Lori and Thrush Law Group was the worst experience I have ever had in court, and I have been in court with my ex for 11 years. I normally don't write reviews as I give people the benefit of the doubt to do the right thing. They certainly did not. Lori loves to make threats, harass, blackmail, and hang up on people. She blackmailed me today, that if I don't make a payment in full ($6,000) that she would take me to court and put a lien on my home or else. Hung up on me saying, "well, let's find out then." This is harassment. She is completely unprofessional and needs a customer service class. Brian only represented me for three months, which they tried to charge me $13,000. FOR THREE MONTHS AND NO WORK PERFORMED!!! I gave them $5,000 upfront as the retainer and another $2,000 later and was surprised to get an additional bill for $6,000. He talked a big talk in our initial consultation but when it came to court, he just sat there and didn’t say anything. Don't Use!
They were atentative forthe initial consultation people always put their best foot forward and the contract for billing after that I was left white-knuckling it for 2 months I didn't get a call return I didn't get a letter or any kind of response regarding the status of my case everything I was told was completely incorrect and unfortunately I didn't find out until after I signed the agreement your absolute liars and lazy it's unfortunate people do business that way juggling with people's lives I have several other friends who had told me similar experiences with this Law Firm my attorney was late to every single court date I had the court had to call him twice to remind him of the court date i was left wondering what I was doing there as people came and went inside the courtroom I don't know if you've ever stood in a courtroom but it can be an uneasy feeling specially when you're left with no representation I truly truly wouldn't wish this experience on anyone else..
Sarah is prejudiced. Unethical. Unprofessional. She doesn't care about the truth, or clients. She doesn't listen. She values her own opinion, over facts. A complaint is being filed with the Bar Association over her complete disregard and unethical behavior. STAY AWAY!
