In our meeting, Paul was thorough in explanation, a versatile communicator among the varied audiences in our meeting, and prompt with urgent requests. He has a helpful list of references (detailed Long-Term Care programs) that have helped us through the process, and is transparent about his office, the processes and requirements of Elder Law. He helped my parents with scenarios and concepts they needed to hear from an objective listener and authority, and the affect is positive for us all.

Mr. Bartlett and his staff are personable and efficient. They work in tandem to put the client at ease and provide the best possible outcome in an area of law that can be extremely emotional. All my questions were answered and the whole process was completed while I was in the office. Overall, an experience that I was dreading was made easier and less traumatic for an overanxious client.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
