Attny. Bartlett was most patient working with my husband and I. When my husband passed away in 2017, Attny. Bartlett had to work with my three daughters and me. He was also very patient and knowledgeable regarding my Will and Trust. We decided to make all three daughters, equally, my trustees and P.O.A. upon my death. Two live in California and one of my daughters lives in Chicago. Attny. Bartlett had to communicate with each of them on my behalf and was effective and very understandable for me as well as for my three daughters. E.F.

Hired Attorney Paul B. Bartlett

Mr. Bartlett listened well to our situation and then took on the challenge of an area of law with which he was not entirely familiar. He did a superb job at helping us present a strong case before the federal government, who had made an incorrect and costly billing error on a Medicare insurance matter. Mr. Bartlett and his associate are of top caliber, and we highly recommend them. The Bartlett firm was referred to us by another top law firm in Tucson.

Mr Bartlett made me feel at ease: He was effecient, fast , thorough and answered any questions I had: My experience was professional and I as a single woman found Paul easy to work with and very friendly: Paul has a very warm, friendly smile that helps you to relax and feel comfortable talking about end of life decisions . I was very grateful to have been able to work with him and his price was extremely fair. I was quoted over $2000 more to do what he did for me.

My wife and I delayed our estate planning due to the inevitable decisions and cost. What a mistake! With an adopted, special needs Great Grandson, it was time to act. Mr. Bartlett and his staff made this an extremely painless exercise, taking care of our needs, wishes and Trust. If you are in need of Mr. Bartlett's services, I cannot recommend him highly enough. Review his website, It is a wealth of information. I don't believe you will regret his services or fee.
