Due to the urgency of my initial legal needs, Mr. Harwin was completely responsive and made himself available to help out. He met with me and quickly learned what the issues were and responded appropriately. Mr. Harwin and his staff were professional and efficient. It was a very positive legal experience.

Michael is an amazing lawyer. He got all my criminal charges dismissed without even having to go to trial. Apart from making sure that one mistake did not ruin my personal life, Michael was acutely aware of the effect on my professional life. He kept the matter discrete and always kept me informed. He is a delightful person to be around and will fight always fight for you. I highly recommend him.

Mr. Harwin understood my situation and worked as a coach throughout to guide me through what became an eighteen month ordeal of motions, hearings, and eventually trial. He expertly informed and eased not only my questions and fears but those of my wife in this matter. Complications of my DUI charge would impact my career, child custody, and personal well-being, which Mr. Harwin calmly dissected and addressed. With great staff and him at the helm, I was found not guilty of all charges at trial.

It took a year, but with patience, Michael got the job done. My case went to trial with almost double the legal limit for impairment. It was a long year, but it was worth the wait. If you find yourself in the type of situation where you need the help of a DUI lawyer, you will not find a better one in Tucson than Michael Harwin.

Mr. Harwin ceased effective representation upon the realization that the case I had was of a particularly brutish case due to the illegal behavior of Maricopa County Judges (Carrey Hyatt, who accepted a bribe) and the Adult Probation Department who falsified evidence and committed blatant perjury while under oath. He betrayed me with the idea that with his lax representation, I would be eligible for deportation and thus was safe to fail my case in every way possible. He cannot be trusted
