Hired Attorney

My name is Dennis I hired Lynn Goar to represent me in a case of personal injury involving a driver of an electric shopping cart smashing me into a display case and taring open my one month old, back surgery wound L 4 5 Si Fusion at Walmart. I cant even get the name of the man without filing suite. YES its crazy I'm the victim. I signed papers with Lynn and medical releases. After 8 months he had not even filed the suite. I am under constant doctor care and having paralysis in my legs. I am not only the victim of a crazy driver but sadly I am the victim of a totally incompetent lawyer. Do not hire this dispicable man
