I was referred to gabriel Fernandez by a phoenix firm due to that firm completing high end cases and advised that he woulkd be a good fit for my son and daughter being t-boned at an intersection by a person that ran a red `light. They responded quickly but when the details came down to my daughter turning on a yellow to vacate the intersection, they dropped my like a hot potato. I was advised that the outcome may not be beneficial enough for them to take the case. All I can say is don't use them as they are money hungry and do not care about the people they represent. A decent lawyer would of taken the case and fought for the little guy. I am not looking for a bunch of money, I am looking for medical expenses paid and car fixed with a little for the pain and suffering and time spent having to deal with this issue.
