This firm has referred myself and my husband to other law firms for various legal issues through pre paid legal services which we are members of.
Flighty, unreliable, incapable, doesn’t follow through with her commitments: The review I wish I had read before I hired her. With full knowledge of the case, she agreed to represent me up to and including a trial--signed a retainer agreement, took my money for a retainer fee. She ignored me for long stretches. Then, without even filing the complaint, she sent me a letter telling me that she was no longer representing me, citing only her own ignorance in the legal matter. Think of it this way: A mechanic says, “Yeah, I can fix that; that’s my specialty. I’m an expert in transmission repair.” You pay him. He takes your car for months. You can’t get ahold of him. When you finally do, he says, “Turns out I can’t fix it because, actually, I don’t know how to fix transmissions. But I’m going to keep your money.” Anyways, I begged her to explain what had changed, so that I could understand my situation. She wouldn’t even give me that. She left me hanging big time.
Awful lawyer. Lost my files,and tells me that he tried in court....I walked away with literally what was on the ticket. He lied! He didn't try. He also allowed the police to look at tickets that were supposed to be expired from my record. All he cared about was if Legal Shield or I were paying him. He's not a good lawyer. He's a criminal lawyer that tried to handle a traffic ticket. He failed.
