Andrew Michael Carroll

I am a lawyer and hired Mr. Carroll to handle my custody case. He was always on the ball, insightful and responsive. I would and will be recommending all of my family law cases to him going into the future. Highly respected and sought out for a particular niche practice. Prior to going to him for my case, several other attorneys told me to reach out to him for his niche specialty.

Smart, insightful, quick on his feet. Caring. What more to ask for?

I am a lawyer also and came to him because there was no one I trusted as much. He is respected and related well with my kids in my custody case. I wouldn't trust anyone else but him for any other legal work. He is very personal, well liked and well respected. He didn't always get back to me as quick as I would like but I there are very few people who could have related to my kids as well as he did.

Best attorney I ever had. Not too great for getting back to you. Sometimes it took up to a week on occasion not at all. But always a great lawyer and wouldn't trust anyone else for getting custody of my kids back.

I question his stability as an attorney. He has no office, no landline, went from private practice to a firm from which he departed within five months and is now only reachable by cell phone. If I hadn't already paid him almost $1600 for this bankruptcy, I'd be going elsewhere. My bankruptcy hasn't yet been filed, so I really don't want him connecting me to this review.

I found that Mr Carroll lacked basic human interaction skills. For emails, which was are usual form of interaction, his answers were very vague and required me to ask him the same question with different wording until I got a basic answer. I appreciated his use of technology all of my filings were done online however he would go long stretches of time without updating me on my case and then when I would ask he seemed annoyed or only gave me one word answers. I work in a customer service atmosphere and I know that if I were to interact with my customers the way he did with me I would have been reprimanded and fired a long time ago. At the end of the day he did help me with my case but he was not a compassionate person.

Hired him to file my bankruptcy and he wasn’t very pleasant. When I tried to ask questions he cut me off over talking me ever given me a chance to finish the question or answer what I was trying to say. Made two payment to him and when we discussed the amount I had pay so far he didn’t even know the right amount I paid or even how I paid it. I would not recommend him to anyone as he does not seem to care about his clients and never even ask the appropriate question a lawyer should ask when a client come to them filing bankruptcy. Save your self the time and money and find a real lawyer who does the job right don’t over charge and takes time to talk with you as a clibet

My mother and father went to meet with Andrew for their bankruptcy and he was very rude and not professional. He tried to over change them and when questioned he would cut my mother off and not allow her to finish speaking. He was fired as their lawyer and will not give any money back. I do not recommend using him at all.
