I went into sentencing not knowing that the states position on my sentencing had changed,,, and after I received copies of his e mail communication with the prosecutor, my hunch that I was lied to by him was verified,, he threw me to the wolves,, and never spoke up for me,, never even mentioned that there was an agreement that was reached in exchange for a no contest plea,, so after I signed my rights away believing we had an authentic agreement,, Aside from that he shows up perfectly late so that there is no time to discuss anything,, and he avoids giving direct answers,, and he never knows when court is,, I had to find out the date from other sources,,he cost me my case,,a bunch of money,and a stressful couple months,,, and I had to hire a different attorney to clean up his mess he left me with costing me triple
