Millie was very understanding and thorough. She provided very good advice and let me make decisions. She made sure I received all that I was entitled to. I would and already have recommended her.
She was not at all personable and very unfriendly. When I first got there, she immediately asked for payment which may or may not be customary but I found very rude. She was the only one in the office so my time kept getting interrupted as she helped others and did not really have any valuable information for me to leave with but I spent what is to me, a large sum of money for what I received.
