Foulston Siefkin LLP is a law firm established in 1919 with an office in Topeka, KS. At this office location, there are 8 lawyers practicing civil, complex litigation - class action, qui tam and 130 other areas of law.
I was expertly defended by Mr. Theis in a malpractice suit several years ago. I recently reviewed his deposition of the plaintiff's "expert" witness, and was once again thoroughly impressed with his cross-examination skills. I already had a pretty solid case, but Tom absolutely sealed the deal. Highly recommended, highly respected.
There is great depth of knowledge at Foulston Siefkin. They took the time to visit with us and clearly map out the road ahead. Their advice helped us come to a conclusion as to which path to take, and how to resolve our dispute in the most cost effective manner.
Mr. O'Sullivan and his office handled a relatives trust from initial generation until the passing of this relative. Mr. O'Sullivan was represented as being the best in Wichita, from this experience, in my opinion, he is not. For the amount of money spent over the years to make sure all goes as planned, the plan was mediocre at best. There were documents not completed, documents altered without consent of the family members, documents not filed correctly, which then lead to items going to probate, an executor had to be named to execute the process, which negated the purpose of the engagement. Which then accumulated even more legal fees, which by self admission should not have been needed and would not be billed. Which in the end was recovered in billings to the administrator out of he families control. I am in a profession of seeing the aftermath of individuals passing and implementation of trust and estate documents. This has been the worst execution of this process I have witnessed.
In my opinion, they most unethical law firm I have ever encountered. They totally ignore conflict of interests and they lie. On many occasions they billed us wrong and I had to notify them. They are not an honest group. Don’t work with them!
My thoughts….Super bad….not bad as in bad ….just bad as in terrible. Not forthcoming dishonest, doesn’t have a handle on things. Maybe it’s early onset alzheimers and he’s not aware. Appears to be a false Christian but obviously based on his lack of morals can’t be as devout as he pretends. He’s in my view a totally moron …
