Mr. O'Sullivan and his office handled a relatives trust from initial generation until the passing of this relative. Mr. O'Sullivan was represented as being the best in Wichita, from this experience, in my opinion, he is not. For the amount of money spent over the years to make sure all goes as planned, the plan was mediocre at best. There were documents not completed, documents altered without consent of the family members, documents not filed correctly, which then lead to items going to probate, an executor had to be named to execute the process, which negated the purpose of the engagement. Which then accumulated even more legal fees, which by self admission should not have been needed and would not be billed. Which in the end was recovered in billings to the administrator out of he families control. I am in a profession of seeing the aftermath of individuals passing and implementation of trust and estate documents. This has been the worst execution of this process I have witnessed.
