Ed Dimon competence, courtroom appearance and overall practice I believe is questionable. Any lawyer who tries to employ scare tactics of penalties when not knowing the max penalty himself and makes promises for which he does not fulfill should be doubted. Will say he is making Halup motions and waiting for discovery to draw out the process and ultimately plea to a charge which there is no evidence of and then demand the fee he quoted for taking to trial which never happens. $4000 driving susp?
