Barletta Law, PLLC, focuses on civil, criminal, and family law appellate matters, writs of habeas corpus, and general civil litigation. Natalie loves to write and has a broad range of legal experience. She has drafted briefs and motions filed in Texas state and federal courts, achieving favorable results for clients at both the trial and appellate levels. In 2024, she won a motion for new trial, overturning a 34-million-dollar verdict against her small business client. She has argued before the Fifth Circuit and in numerous Texas courts. She was also the second chair member of an arbitration trial team that defended a lawsuit where the plaintiffs claimed $500 million in damages and judgment was rendered in favor of her client on all counts. In May 2025, she won an appeal in a criminal, juvenile case, reversing a lower court's erroneous decision. In April 2025, she appeared before the 5th Court of Appeals in Dallas, advocating for her client in a homicide case. In 2024, she won a criminal appeal for an appellant who was sentenced in violation of the law.
During law school, she was a national champion moot court advocate, a member of South Texas Law Review, and received the Academic Merit Scholarship among other academic honors. In 2012, she received the highest score on the essay portion of the Ohio Bar Exam and scored in the 99th percentile overall. She is admitted to practice in Texas, Ohio, the Fifth Circuit, the Sixth Circuit, and the Southern District of Texas.
