Hired Attorney Joseph Westmeyer Jr.

He took my case pro bono because I am very low income-on social security. And he won it for me after the deadline had already passed ! As far as I am concerned he was an angel in my life. This man is retired now, his son of the same name is still practicing law , as far as I know.

I cannot believe how rude Joseph Westmeyer was to me. I called for a free consultation with the Westmeyer Law Offices and then they tried to charge me for 1 hour of legal services, even though they didn’t provide anything but the initial consultation. I tried to call and resolve this but Mr. Westmeyer began yelling at me, telling me he knew I was no good and he is going to take me to collections. I spent 20 minutes in his office. I would look elsewhere for a quality lawyer.
