Hired Attorney Tim Allen Ault

Working with Mr. Ault was invaluable. I needed someone to assist with my parent's estate. The attorney assigned through Probate Court was less than helpful and failed to explain what my options were. His only concern was how quickly he could close the estate without any consideration to how it would negatively impact my family. Mr. Ault responded to my request for assistance very quickly, EDUCATED the attorney assigned through probate court on the rules, and what his obligations were. In the more than 5 months the other attorney was assigned he had never provided requested documentation, only surface and vague information. Within a few days of working with Mr. Ault, the other attorney finally started making phone calls and working for the purpose of settling and getting the estate closed. Without the assistance of Mr. Ault, and the education he provided to the other attorney I would have lost property and other assets I inherited. Mr. Ault was responsive to all inquiries.

I came into contact with Brad via referral from another attorney I have worked with for almost 20 years. When the referring attorney passed on handling my business needs stating Brad was better suited for the tasks required of setting up this business unit, I immediately knew Brad was the real deal. My first interaction with Brian was amazing. I am very paranoid and over precautious. Brad was able to make me feel comfortable with the plan of action he recommended. Brad is amazing as he did not overstate, oversell, or over charge for his services. I created many opportunities for Brad to build additional billable hours, yet he declined saving me a ton in start up capitol. In my experience most other professional are quick to capitalize on my paranoia where Brad kept costs down and rendered services very quickly. I will continue to utilize Brad for all of my business needs. I would highly recommend Brad for any business related matter.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.

• Notable: This rating indicates that the lawyer has been recognized by a large number of their peers for strong ethical standards.

Lawyers who have received peer reviews after 2009 will display more detailed information, including practice areas, summary ratings, detailed numeric ratings and written feedback (if available). Details for individual reviews received before 2009 are not displayed.
