I filed for ssdi in 2004 upon recommendation of 2 Physicians. I hired Friedes in 2006. I had multiple disabling conditions and had moved back to Toledo after 4 years being in Mi. From the beginning I had to constantly keep after Friedes' office, even to receive a call back. I finally had a hearing in 2008. Friedes insisted we needed no witnesses. The States vocational expert said I was unable to work. Judge denied Claim w/o looking at over 8,000 pages of evidence. Friedes did nothing AVOI

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
