He never showed up to any of my cases. I could never get in touch with him either. Point is he is a thief. He has taken 5000 of my money and has not refunded it even after saying he would. He is now disbarred so the Ga state bar won't help. I think we should all come forth and sue him in sync.
In July of 2019, I met with Mr. Healy. I gave him $5000. And GAVE is the operative word. He NEVER filed the first paper for my divorce. Each email I sent him, he always said that he's filing the motion. I have called his office SEVERAL times and even drove there from NC. NO RESPONSE.... Mr. Healy even sent a reply back to a email that he would refund the money........NOTHING. I'm sure I'll have to sue him. DO NOT USE HIM
Tim Healy took $5,000 from my husband TWO years ago this April. Half of that was to be returned if our simple custody/visitation suit was solved outside of court. Which is was in August of 2019. It is now almost March of 2020 and Healy NEVER filed our papers with the clerk of courts. He and his staff members have lied to us, dodged calls, emails, and hid when we had to take time out of our day to go to his office to attempt to get an answer. Because of his negligence it has cost my husband visitation time with his son! Somehow our case ended up in the hands of another lawyer trying to clean up this mess and apparently many others. This is the most unprofessional law firm I ever ever heard of. If you need a lawyer, let this law firm be the last place you call!
Incompetent and just out for your money! Took money from me for 3 cases and never handled a one. Never got a refund. He will do anything and say anything to get your money. He is not the high profile attorney he claims to be. He dismissed a TPO against my wishes saying it would look better on me. Been through hell ever since. According to good info, he is an addict and just recently came back to work from medical leave for his pill addiction. Maybe that is what he did with my money.
