I hired Workman to sue a company that had broken a contract and ripped me off for a large amount of money. He was agressive and very clever. He was always one step ahead of the lawyer on the other side. Workman was always ready for the other guy's next move and had his reaction already set up. The guy we sued refused to negotiate so we had to go to trial. I'm not allowed to say how much we won but it was more money than I've ever seen in one place in my whole life. Workman is the BEST!!!

Dale represented my son who was accused of rape and false imprisonment. He was always there for us..answering questions, keeping us updated and fought hard for my son. He was always kind, available, and honest about going to trial. It was a long hard battle as the prosecutor dug her heels in and wouldn’t let go even though the evidence proved the whole thing was ridiculous. He was the bomb during the trial. My son was found not guilty on all charges! I can’t say enough good things about him

Lawyers I've dealt with in the past always had a "trust me I know what I'm doing" attitude and never really helped me understand what was going on. The whole legal process is very frustrating and hard to wrap your head around most times. This lawyer would always make sure I understood my options and help me see how it would affect my future. He's the BEST!
