After being hit by a car on my bicycle, a friend recommended Tim Babiarz. Tim helped me navigate many issues. Having had 5 spinal surgeries in the past, it was quite complex to prove causation of my new injuries. Tim quickly obtained the full policy limits from the driver that hit me and then turned to my underinsured motorist policy. Unbelievably, my own insurance company denied my underinsured motorist claim offering zero compensation. Tim filed suit. Without having to go to trial, Tim persuaded my insurance company to pay me very close to my full $250,000 policy limits. With Tim's trust in my unique and complex situation, he was able to hold my insurance company accountable.
