I hired him for a personal injury case. He was truthful, ethical, attentive to my questions and fully explained the process to me. He appears to fight for his clients, he appears to truly care about his clients. I never felt like just a case number. I would highly recommend Mr. Mowery to anyone who is looking for fair honest ethical legal representation.
He is honest, upfront and tells you what he feels is right and tells you what to expect in your case. I know if you're honest with him about the facts of your case he can help you but if you don't include all the information he can't help you as much as he would like, he needs to know everything even if it is embarrassing. I would use him again.
All though he is a very nice gentleman I paid him $5,000 up front for a custody battle. The first time we went to court and the opposing lawyer threw something out there he looked totally lost. If I even called his secretary to ask a question I was charged for it. I ended up paying him about $3,500 for nothing. I ended up going with Jon Ed Brown who got the job done with half the price. I now have full custody of my son. Not trying to be mean, just stating the facts.
