Didn't receive call backs! My case was given to 3 different lawyers in a 18 month period. Lost case.
Im a veteran with daily suicidal issues. And mental illnesses . it was the simplest of cases if they would have just tried a little 2 % effort .. Since i tried 5 times to kill myself.. Im trying now to do everything in my power that these people never practice law again. Have a great day tom...now its gonna cost ya. I cant wait to show the world my reenactments of my suicidal attempts with my poor elderly mom. And all my family attending 5 different funerals.. I didnt want this battle.
I FILED MY OWN CASE. Retained Firm (Margaret Gibson, Esq.) to represent me at hearing. I only met her 1 time about 5 mins. b4 hearing. My case was DENIED. She was unprepared & argumentative with me. NO RECOVERY NO FEE is what they claim. NOT SO, I appealed to Appeals Council. Requested Firm withdraw as my attorney. Appeals Council remanded case for 2nd ALJ hearing. FULLY FAVORABLE DECISION without attorney representation. They requested payment from SSA & was paid for doing absolutely NOTHING!
First I had a lazy case manager that didn't want to do her job she wanted you to. I got all my medical records for her at my expense and mailed them in she submitted them and when my case was over I was billed for them. They got their fee then turn around and billed me $205.69 for records I had sent in the whole time they had my case.My lawyer was late to the hearing they had called my name and he still had not even arrived so they took another lady that was waiting. I would never recommend them.
