About Robert C. Stober

Rob Stober was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1997, graduated from University of Miami School of Law and holds a BA in English. Before joining Hershoff, Lupino & Yagel in 2003, Rob spent six years as a Staff Attorney for insurer GEICO. Stober was first issued a USCG Master’s license in 1986, ran a private yacht for four years, and raced across the Atlantic in 2002. Rob has lent his talents to a number of local causes, including the Good Health Clinic, the Islamorada Fishing and Conservation Trust, Take Stock in Children, and Justice Teaching. He served on the Islamorada Chamber of Commerce Board for nine years, including two terms as President. He was honored in 2014 with the Irving Eyster Award for community service and the 2015 Big Kahuna award for fundraising for the Good Health Clinic. He sits on the Upper Keys Rotary Club Board and is a graduate of Leadership Monroe County, Class XVI.
