Jacob lavin when we first got him as an attorney was a great attorney and he helped us pick up the phone always answered no matter what it was about to help and explain he would pick us up bring us to visit and court dates when we couldn't afford it he was very compassionate very helpful and then all of a sudden after 4 years and are still going through the same court case we end up going through trials and the judge wants to do another trial and Jacob just stopped answering us stop and quit way before the case even went to trials he gave up about a year and a half ago Stopped helping us stopped answering the phone stopped acknowledging our case whatsoever it was like you did not care anymore and then when we finally get the results in he doesn't call us to talk about them he just vanished into thin Air and didn't care about his client whatsoever anymore it honestly hurt our feelings and now we're stuck with lawyers that do not know our case you didn't have to just quit on us
